Emily ★★★★★

I’ve been using this knife for a few weeks now, and the 440M steel holds an edge far longer than my old fillet knife. The flat grind makes quick work of panfish and small game. Feels solid in the hand, and the brown handle has a nice grip even when wet.

Claire N. ★★★★★

The 440M steel blade holds a great edge after cleaning a mess of bluegills, and the flat grind makes precise cuts on smaller fish a breeze. Fit and finish on this knife feels solid for the price.

Jason U. ★★★★☆

The flat-ground blade makes cleaning trout much easier than my old knife, and the American craftsmanship is evident in the fit and finish. It lost a tiny bit of sharpness after a full day of filleting, though a quick touch-up fixed it right up.
