The vegetable tanning process really gives this wallet a distinct, almost woody scent that I’ve come to appreciate. After a few weeks the leather has already started molding nicely to my back pocket without losing its structure.

The leather has that rich, saddle-worthy feel I was hoping for, and it’s already softening up nicely after just a few days. The plant-tanned hides from Pennsylvania give it a subtle, natural aroma that makes me smile every time I open it.

I was a little worried it'd feel too stiff, but the plant-tanned bridle leather is already molding nicely to my back pocket after just a week. Knowing it's the same stuff used for saddle work tells me this will outlast every other wallet I've owned.
