I’ve worn this jacket on two rainy walks now, and the water beads right off the waxed canvas—no soaking through at all. The front pockets are deep enough to hold gloves and a phone without bulging.

The waxed canvas feels substantial without being stiff, and the fit is roomy enough for a light sweater underneath. I’ve taken it out on a couple of chilly, damp mornings and the water beaded right off the shell.
